**Oh, now I get it!**
It’s from the Cole Ranch Appellation! It’s not ranch dressing! That would make
sense why it tasted so different over my salad.
I mean, I love ranch dressing. I see the word “ranch” on a label and into the
shopping cart it goes, you know? Ask anyone I work with. Say, “Hey, you know
Katie?” And they’ll say, “Oh, you mean the woman who loves ranch dressing?”
Seriously! Ranch dressing is my favorite thing in the world. It defines me.
So this one took me by surprise when I poured it all over my salad. I mean, it
wasn’t thick like ranch usually is, nor did it have that zesty, creamy flavor
that really initiates my dopamine receptors. But, it was actually pretty nice.
It smelled better than ranch usually does, kind of a floral infused aroma,
maybe some honeysuckle in there. And the flavor wasn’t bad either. There was
lime, green apple, and guava. Oh, and lettuce. Or maybe that was from the
salad. I’m not sure.
I mean, call me crazy, I wouldn’t mind drinking this dressing like a juice or
