Until the end of October the Beauty Farm Alhambra proposes three wellness packages: Ayurveda, Scients of Alhambra and Remise en forme, in order to put the stress away and find a new balance.
Having more time to spend for themselves. It seems so difficult to carve a niche in a day full of work and different commitments that we can consider it a luxury: something rare, precious, nearly impossible. What if instead of dreaming a moment of relax, we would simply take it? Until the end of October the Beauty Farm Alhambra celebrates the "ceremony of the self" with three packages tha pamper body and mind.
Ayurveda, Scients of Alhambra and Remise en forme have something in common: the hammam. A ritual of beauty inspired by the Moroccan tradition of the vapour bath, which involves the senses and loosen tensions.
In the "Eastern Vapours" hammam, the music, the perfumes and the lights welcome the guests in the Tepidarium, the first of the three stops provided. The temperature, 35-40 grades centigrade, helps the transpiration and a gradual relaxation. Here the body is covered with the black soap, a special paste of olives and mineral salts with a high purifying power. In the Calidarium, wrapped in the vapours, it is time for the gommage performed with a special mitt that makes the skin as smooth as silk. Finally, a rush of energy in the Frigidarium, where to enjoy a session in the spa tub. Herbal teas and pastries tasted lying on confortable chaise-longues put an end to the hammam.
The wellness package Ayurveda continues with a peeling and a facial mask and a delicious massage. These three beauty treatments go back to the principles of the Ayurveda, "the long and happy life science". A philosophy and a natural medicine born more than 3.000 years ago in the Indian region of Kerala, which aims to establish harmony and balance between body and mind.
From India to Africa again with the program "Hammam of the Alhambra" included in the package Scients of Alhambra. Beyond the savonnage and the gommage it is also provided an oleation with the Argan oil, a precious alley from Morocco, used by women to moisturize the skin and make it soft and luminous. This oil is obtained by squeezing its tree nuts and is rich in vitamin E, soothing and antioxidant principles, which fight the skin ageing.
A reinvigorating facial mask with exotic perfumes, an aroma massage and a session in the Submerged Sound Bath among soft lights warm water and sweet music end this exciting program of relax.
To regain a new vitality Beauty Farm Alhambra invites to experience Remise en forme, which starts with a reinvigorating peeling, to eliminate impurities and toxins. The skins, smoother and more luminous than ever, is ready for a series of three massages with essential oils, whose beneficial properties work both on the skin and the cerebral system. In the end, specific for the face, a mask followed by 25 minutes of massage.
All packages include a three days/two nights stay at the Grand Hotel Terme Astro, where the wellness center is situated. The four star resort is immersed among the green hills of Tabiano Bagni and proposes to the guests full board stay in double/twin room. In addiction, It is provided a free entrance at the hammam program "Instanbul Baths".
